The Las Vegas valley isn't one market — it's a dozen of them. Short guides to the neighborhoods we work in most, with live listings for each.
Las Vegas areas
Las Vegas
The city itself — from the resort corridor and arts district to the established neighborhoods that ring the valley. A wide range of price points, lifestyles, and architectural eras under one ZIP umbrella.
Summerlin
Master-planned community on the western edge of the valley, tucked against Red Rock Canyon. Known for its parks, trails, and a deliberate mix of villages — each with its own feel.
Downtown Summerlin
The walkable heart of Summerlin — open-air shopping, restaurants, the ballpark, and a tight ring of newer condos and townhomes. Lifestyle-first, low-maintenance living next to the village center.
Mountains Edge
Southwest-valley master plan built around a long ridge of trail-laced parks. Mostly single-family, mostly built in the last twenty years, with the Spring Mountains as a daily backdrop.
Southern Highlands
Hillside community in the far south valley, anchored by a private golf club and quiet, well-kept streets. A draw for buyers wanting newer construction with skyline and mountain views.
Spring Valley
A wide swath of the west valley between the 215 and the Strip — a mix of older neighborhoods, newer infill, and easy access to Chinatown, Summerlin, and the airport. Strong value across the price spectrum.
Henderson areas
Henderson
Just southeast of Las Vegas, Henderson has its own character — quieter streets, master-planned communities, and easy access to both the city and the lake. Consistently popular with families and second-home buyers alike.
Green Valley Ranch
Established Henderson community organized around The District — a walkable mix of shops and restaurants. Mature landscaping, a wide range of home styles, and a quietly loyal local following.
Anthem
Hillside community in south Henderson with sweeping views toward the valley floor and the Strip. Mostly master-planned single-family with golf and country-club enclaves woven through.
Seven Hills
Guard-gated Henderson neighborhood known for its golf course, view lots, and a deliberately quiet streetscape. A long-time favorite for buyers prioritizing privacy and elevation.
Lake Las Vegas
A resort-style community built around a private lake on the eastern edge of Henderson. Marinas, a Mediterranean village, and a mix of waterfront homes, condos, and golf-course properties.
